Old... that was the brief.

Each month at work we have a photo competition, the idea of mysel and one other member of the forum, Melita.

A few months ago now the brief was "Old" I had completely forgotten about it until Melita reminded me to make sure I sent my pic in before 8pm. Bugger.....

I went home and thought I can't not enter, so looked around the house.

Below are the before and post processing shots. I know I messed up in places on this, but it was a quick fix, but I still like the end result. I won that months comp (votes are sent in by the whole company for thier favourite 5 and points awarded)

It is quite cool at times, we go through stages though of the number of entries there is a core set of us who enter pictures so there is usually a minimum of seven people enter up to as many as sixteen, and christ knows how many vote, all over the country send in votes. The winner gets the picture on the wall for a month.
This month the brief is "Somthing begining with G" I am off out with my new lens tomorrow to see what I can find
