Thanks GAIL... I also liked the placement of the two brightly colored shirts in the background. Thought that they were similar in color but still slightly different and one by each of the two people shacking hands.

Also, the folks in front do not have their sunglasses on as they are making eye contact, but the lady in back is wearing hers...the guy on the cell phone makes me laugh, he can probably see his office from where he is sitting:D

Thanks Gail It does looks like I need to warm the color a bit but I kinda like it. Glad to see someone picked up on what I was going for. :D
