Hey everyone,
I'm looking for a bag that will fit:
Canon 300D/Digital Rebel w/ Battery Grip and a 24-105mm lens attached w/ Hood
Tokina 11-16mm w/ Hood
Battery Charger and Cords
8GB, 8GB and 4GB of memory
One Filter Case
I will be traveling for 4 months and would like to keep the size to a minimum. Not a fan of the sling bags or backpacks, as I'd like to be able to carry it with my big backpack (65L).
I was looking at the Lowepro Cirrus TLZ 25, but it doesn't look like it can fit a second lens in there.
Advice is much appreciated!
Thanks in Advance

I have a LowePro Orion Trekker II. It is a backpack but it looks like a regular bag, and it works well. If you don't want a backpack how do you want to carry things? Around your waist?

No...like a shoulder strap bag. Just a relatively thin strap unlike the sling bags; sort of like laptop bags, but designed for cameras. I wouldn't be able to carry two backpacks, because my camping bag is way too big to just sling over one shoulder.

Sling bags are much easier to steal. Australia was founded by convicts, you know.

Tim, did you even bother to read my post?? How many times do I have to say I don't want a sling bag or a backpack. I want a shoulder strap bag. I don't care about Australia being full of "convicts". Obviously that isn't the case anymore. If anything it would happen in SE Asia.
I'd appreciate some real suggestions, instead of jokes and/or naming bags I outlined in the original post that I did not want.

I don't know the difference between a sling bag and a shoulder bag. Go into a store and buy whatever fits your needs.

I don't know why I bother some times. Really the only way to find a bag is to wander into a store or look at the bag manufacturers websites.

Cause your a nice guy
Camera shops are great in that you can try before you buy. Websites show you what is made by them.

Go with tim,, get into a camera shop and check out what they have.. Bags are such a personal thing,, everyone has different needs..
But some advice.. I've been tripping around SE Asia since '04 and my best advice is "travel light"..
