Superb shot. the light, the fog patches, the ships, all fits together nicely.

Terrific shot. Might I suggest erasing the sky behind the crane booms and leaving the booms extending above the photo frame into the white background. And widen the white portion of the bottom and sides a little.

Just an idea.
