Hi all -

I see all these photos that are posted with nice frames/borders. It really makes the picture look very nice. Do I have that option in Photoshop Elements 3.0?

I know that Elements 2 came with a selection of frames in the actions. Not sure about 3. There are a whack of actions available on the net (alot of them free) that should work with Elements.
