Looks like it could use some fill flash. Other than that, not bad.

If your profile didn't say you were from the UK, I'd ask if this was my local skatepark. I swear we have the EXACT same mini ramp with the EXACT same fence against the EXACT same background. I'll have to dig up a picture.

Way too tight and the skater is underexposed.

Maybe try black and white on the original photo, with a red filter or maximum white via photoshop, either bring the background sky darker or lighter with more light on the skater.

I've tried to edit your posted picture - it looks to be fine, so give it a go and post back?
