Let's take a poll... how many think charging $2,000 per person to get into a church that seats 4,000 people sounds like a great idea...

regardless of the $600,000. or more that is raised never mind the TV coverage, this sounds like a pastor making and taking advantage of the situation, yes/no

If we can keep this discussion from becoming religious or political, we'll let it stand. Just bear in mind, at the first sign of trouble, it will disappear.

Have a good time.;)

in this case, facts don't matter...debating politics and religion are against the rules around here.

Last time I checked, 4,000 times 2,000 was 8 million, not 6 hundred thousand.

LOL....right- god forbid we have an intellegent discussion on the facts. We're not trying to stifle intelligent discussion. Feel free to expound intelilgently on anything photography-related. We just have considerable experience with topics that are prone to jumping the tracks. Give us a little credit okay?

It really depends on what you get for your $2000.00. Might seem cheap when compared to other things.:D

There was no intention on my part to not give anyone any credit.
I am new to this forum, and thus thought that general chat meant, general chat about anything. Give me the benefit of the doubt.

For all you who jump on a math error or spelling miss-queue, perhaps you should find something else to comment on. Like any of you have never made any errors. As far as the poll, I did not want to actually take a poll it was more like give your views on the concept of what I had written about.
;)
I didn't realize polit and relig. was sooooooooo tabu Kinda ironic that as photographers we defend freedom of expression as what we do, but we can't speak about certain things freely w/o being bad mouthed. very ironic.

Maybe some of you perfect spellers and math wiz will give me a break….either way, doesn’t matter. My point still stands, it’s wrong to charge people to get into your church for a political event. Just thought people might have some kind of intelligent view they wanted to share about it, never mind……

Mod you can cancel this thread out as I did not expect to not find reasonable response regardless of rules.

BTW: I did not know of any such rules in the first place seeing how it said general chat.

Great, someone who goes around looking for peoples errors, well what ever the number is, it's toooo much, that was the point!
