I've been using Breeze Browser to batch rename my files from my card reader.
I find it very useful and quick when browsing many images, and being able to see all EXIF data is a benefit as I experiment my way through the learning process.
At present I use PSP 8 for my post processing which is very little - mainly cropping. As I have used this extensively, it suits my needs for the little post processing I do. However, I have just recently, just rotated a few images in PSP, and when viewing the EXIF data again in Breeze browser, there appears to be a lot of data missing.
My questions are these :
Has PSP "messed" with the data ?
Will Elements 2.0 (supplied with 300d) allow me to do minimal post processing and retain the EXIF data?
I'd further appreciate the views of any experienced photographers out there, as to the pro's and cons of Elements v PSP.
(I am on the verge of converting to Elements - just need that convincing "push" in the right direction)
All help and advice will be gratefully received.
Cheers in advance.
