LR2 Printing

I am really waiting on Scott's LR2 Book. But in the meantime can't figure out the printing in LR2 (always done in CS3), but reading it is now better in LR.

I am moving to doing everything in LR2 except things like retouching, cloning, etc.

Anyway when I try to bring up print is at default of let Printer manage and I can see to find where to move it to LR and then all the printer/paper profiles I have on my computer.

Any help here plus overall workflow being used on printing would be helpful.
