I think the darkness and the blue tones set a great mood. You can feel the cold just looking at it. If I had taken this it would be hanging on my wall. Very nice.

Brrrrr! :cool: Crop some of the foreground out - i don't think it adds much to the shot, which is really a nice image.

Believe it or not - No! I adjusted the level but the difference is hardly notable. The snow was just a bit too bright in the orinigal picture.

It's a great shot. Thoe only thing I would try is crop more of the foreground and if the original has more of the tops of the trees add that.

Beautiful photo and I would like to make two suggestions. Clone out the snowball about an inch up from the lower-left corner. Set a black point on the rock in the upper-right corner, close to the edge of the frame -- don't set it in the centre dark spot but in the one to the left of that; you'll find that it evens out the color on the lower portion of the photo.
