Hello all, this is my first post here. I'm totally amateur and want to improve my photography skills with all your critiques, thanks a lot! This is a perspective shot that I tried with some building's wall. Tell me how do you think of it?

Personally I'm not attracted to it. Then again I don't really have an eye for art. :) Keep shooting and posting.

What did you want to achieve with this shot? And did you? Think it might improve if the lines up are exactly mirrored, meaning one step to the right. Take various shots and include one without any sky. Then play around with it in PS.

Good luck!

Thanks Conk & Henkbos...

I wanted to get a center perspective shot from that building wall, and I think I achieved it, what do you think? But your suggestion is very good, I've never thought to make the lines exactly mirrored, I'll try that when i visit that place again. And the advice about taking the shot without the clouds make sense now to me, thanks a lot!

By the way, since I'm new in this photography stuff, I don't know what is the 'limit' when it comes to 'editing' in PS, cause I'm used to doing a lot of editing in PS. Maybe it's just limited to level, contrast, curve, brightness and color balance, oh yeah and duotones?
