My D30 is not allowing me to change the white balance or aperature using the quick control dial while trying to manually set. All other operations seem to be working. Just seems that the dial is not affecting anything in the LCD panel. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know of a solution.

If the switch for it is on, I would take it to Canon

As Bobby suggests, is it turned on! I made a mistake of thinking that mine wasn't working until I suddenly realised that the quick control dial had inadvertently been turned off. Duhhhh!

If this isn't the case, then I guess its a call to Canon.
