Thanks
I need to make a nice CD for a client. I'll have music with pictures on it, and I need to make a custom picture on the actual CD.
The client is in the states, so if they send it to him directly, that's fine.
Do you know anybody that provides that service?
Thanks

I doubt it's cost-effective to print a single disk in the traditional way, hence Lightscribe and Inkjet CDs for us low volume mortals. However, Google is your friend (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=custom+cd+labels).

Getting a cheap Epson printer and doing it yourself is probably the best way, if you're ever going to do it again. I've heard the R800 is good (hope I have that right). It might take a little time to work it out, but the 2nd time will be much faster.

I am also wondering this. I would like to get professionally screen printed about 100 DVD's to use for future weddings, bridal show "what you get" samples, etc. Is there any company who is trustworthy enough to get this done? NOT labels, actual DVD screen printing. IE, the same quality you would expect from a real DVD movie one would purchase in the store.

Screen printing isnt cost effective unless you do 1000 copies. Most printers wont even offer that under 1000 copies. I converted my canon printer to inkjet CDs and I can say I was very happy and surprised with the quality. Clients very happy as well.

FYI. cafepress.com has them. you basically create the image and then you can sell it as a label or buy it from your own store. might be a cost effective way if you only have to do a few every year.
