G'Day all.
I guess this shot is about as technically incorrect as you could get, but I feel the heat everytime I look at this photo, so I thought it might warm up the people stuck in the snow :-).

Is that what it looks like? Or did you do that in Photoshop . . .

Thanks all.

The original is more of a silhouette, which was the intention. Didn't look any good on screen, so I lightened up the foreground..and it gives it an arid, desolate look. Lens flare etc, was in the original. The really bad technique in this picture is that it shot from a moving vehicle :-) !

It would have fit perfectly into this thread (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20562) :-P

Ah yes, I see what you mena. OK I'll point now that I wasn't the driver of the vehicle.

I can just picture it
"What red light officer, oh thats the focus point indicator :-)"

I put my monitor in my window but it didn't melt any of the snow.

Thanks Scottes and Marie.

It does look a bit like an egg...you could probably have cooked one on the road surface :-)
