Photo for a Book Cover

I just got a call from someone that wants to use one of my photos on the cover of a book that she is publishing. She was wondering about the cost - and frankly I have no idea what the charge should/would be!

Anyone have some basic advice for me on how much to charge, royalties, etc.? I'm pretty clueless.
