I also prefer the 2nd one. For me, its POV is more interesting than the straight-on POV in the 1st one.

#2 is also my favourite. My gf likes it so much, we're ordering it as an A2 print to have on our bedroom wall!

Both taken with the 50mm prime, I love that lens. Simple, yet very effective.
