Lazy day at the LA Zoo

Taken at the La Zoo... one of the nicest places in LA. Shot with a 10D and 70-200 2.8L IS. This guy was just posing for me... Comments welcome. :)

Pretty cute. He's quite a poser.


From this and the last shot of the bird I'd suggest to crank up the sharpening a little bit. The pics can handle it.

And - as a favor to our dial-up users - try to make the images smaller. 800 xide is the max we like to see here, but an image like this - with all the grass - won't compress well, so it could even go down to 600 wide to try to keep the image below 100KB. I have a cable modem so I didn't notice the size at first, but the 837KB file is a killer to dial-up users.


Keep them coming though!
