I went out several weeks ago to photograph birds on the beach. While I was walking I came across a bundle of balloons that had settled back to earth amongst the weeds. It was a grey day and being winter all of the plant growth was dead and brown. The ballons were a striking contrast of color. I used PS to emphasize the contrast by stripping out the color from the background.
