I am heading up there for 4 days in October with my g/f. We are looking for advice on the best place to stay. The place its self must be a secluded (other cabins in the area is fine, just don't want the next cabin in arms reach) cabin with a nice back deck view of mountains. Some of the ammenties we would like are jacuzzi (on deck would be nice), fireplace, pool or ping pong table, BBQ grill, and just an overall nice / clean / pet & smoke free cabin.
Like everyone here, we are both big on photography so a nice view from the deck will give up plenty of practice with out newly acquired 10-22mm and 200-500mm lenses
We plan to travel the mountains (not hiking / more of driving from place to place) for many hours and would like to see anything from on the edge cliff views to waterfalls to just open mountains / forrests.
As for distance, we are driving up from ATL and would like to keep the drive to the city of choice under 300 miles one way.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
