Initially I was stunned. I immediately thought "great shot!" but then my eyes saw the flare of green, and then the fence. Bummer. i don't mind the blown-out sun at all though. And I love the scene.

This is an EXCELLENT photo.

There seem to be two areas of flare - the green flare already mentiond - and another below and to its left which is uncoloured.

The crop has improved the picture by eliminating the fence: I wonder if removing all three 'blemishes' could be achieved in Photoshop by cloning from adjacent areas.
