Kids sports photography layouts. Where can I find the templates for the portraits?

I need help! I am new to kids sports portraits. I am needing to make portarits for some kids football teams and cheerleaders. I am needing to find out where can I find all the information and templates to make the portaits and things like football cards.... The templates I am looking for are the ones that have the borders and such for the portraits. Thanks for any help you can give me!

mpix.com is probably the easiest way to do it.

actiontemplates.com (sp) is a better way if you don't mind photoshop.

Personally, I like to make them myself.
