More images of dubious quality for you to laugh at...

1. Just for Mr Harrison and his Healey fetish...

2. It's always wise to check your mirror after a bit of an off-road moment.

3. Martin Stretton in his March 712M gave us a cracking show in the Historic F2 races.

4. I don't think this one works to be quite honest. It was taken whilst waiting to cross the track between sessions...at least it's a break from the norm.

5. This year's Rally demo was put together with only 3 weeks notice by the Historic Rally Car register. It wasn't as good as last year's Slowly Sideways Group B event but given the short notice that's understandable.

6. Lovely old Saab.

7. One for Glenn. Not the most exciting shot in the world but then again the Rally stage isn't that exciting either.

These are a mix of Sigma 120-300 and 500 prime on the 1DMK2n.

Thanks for looking in, comment away if you can be bothered :)

Oooh! Sunbeam! :D Why did no-one tell me there was a Sunbeam on the rally stage? I'd have been over there drooling all day long!

To be honest Glenn it wasn't worth the walk. If i'd known the stage would be almost deserted after 3pm i'd have made my way over there a lot earlier.

As i said it was put together at very short notice so the lack of cars is understandable.

Another great set of shots Geoff but the Healey really stands out for me.

Cheers

So were you and Cadwell right next to each other or what?

 Geoff had gone home by the time my shot was taken. Geoff's was taken during morning practice and mine during the race in late afternoon.

As Glenn has said, not when those shots were taken, but generally we were in uncomfortably close proximity for most of the weekend :)

See Geoffs earlier post on another thread regarding non-functional showers for an explanation.

Some very 'fragrant' shots here Geoff ;).

The Big Healey is of course the pick of the bunch , although #3 nearly pips it .

Cheers,

Simon.
