Fix everything that's black...:)

Take an iron to that velvet background and smooth it out.

Lose whatever that thing is in the crook of your elbow.

Straighten up the expression on that guy... either look hard or fierce or contemplative or amused or something. Too nothing right now... no glint or twinkle in the eye, no tilt or turn on the mouth.

Yeah loose the bag or whatever it is, and add some backlight if possible to separate yourself from the background. Not bad at all though, good work.
