Sigma 50-500 lens & mount

Not knowing anything about the mount of the Sigma lenses, does anyone know what a "Sigma SA mount" is? Will it fit the Canon 20D? Thanks!

Sigma SA mount is the mount for Sigma camera bodies (like the SD-10). Sigma makes almost all their glass to fit Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Minolta & Sigma.

A Sigma SA mount means the lens is designed to fit on Sigma camera bodies. A lens with that mount will not fit on a Canon body.
