OH MY! (She's a CUTIE!) I really like the first (B&W). Nice pose, facial expression, comp, and exposure. What else can I say? :D

They're all great shots.
The first and last are tack sharp. The colour one seems a little soft. Maybe compression? Looks like a great spot for a shoot.

very nice indeed. I like all 3. I think #1 is my favorite though. I need to learn how to take portraits like this.

Which lens did you use to get the DOF on #1? 50/1.8?
