I've been mucking around in photoshop with filters and stuff and came up with this. So does it work or am i off with the fairies :lol:

Not my style, but I could easily see it as a poster in a teenager's room or at a cycle shop. Cool technique. Nice job.

I'm with Mr Beaver County up there ^^^^. Not really for me but it would make for a nice event poster or something along that line...

I like it, and I would think there would be a lot of money in images for event posters.

Yeah, would make a cool poster I think. I think I would rotate the image a degree or so counterclockwise so that the thin lines are perfectly vertical and horizontal though!

slap some information in the empty space and you've got yourself a cool event poster

I would prefer to see the background in white or a light color. Black makes it seem oppressive. A lighter color would lend itself better for advertising etc.
Great image though and a really nice post production.

I frequently make ad posters for my sport, fencing,
and could use this technique...
