I haven't been around in awhile so they're kind of old, but I wanted to post them still.

So the venue I had the best access to shut down a while ago and since then I've just been stuck shooting backyard shows. Not my favorite thing to do (no pretty lights), but it's good practice and at times it's the closest thing I've got to being in a war zone.

Any comments or critiques are greatly appreciated.

ahh, I remember those days; being a part of the crowd at differnat backyard "shows". fun stuff but watch the obstructions of the drummers face!

That was intentional actually. I thought that having part of his face covered like that captured the his expression and the tone of the music. I have plenty of other shots without obstructions, but this was by far my favorite.

I agree. The intensity found within the blue of his sole visible eye is captivating!
