This photo was taken in July of 2003 in the back country of Nova Scotia on a trip that I made into a old lumbering community ( New France ) est. 1880's . It is a great story and there was a book published about it , The Electric City Good read.

It's a plugin for Photoshop called Flexible Frames available from WWW.shutterfreaks.com . It's a download that is reasonably priced and very easy to use. It will give you lots of options for both mattes and frames as well as a choice of any colour you want. Reigh

Thanks for the link. I use Paint Shop Pro 9 so I don't know if it'll work, some of the stuff does. I also have Photo shop elements. but I'm not that familier with it so I don't know if it allows plug ins.
