Landscape: Fishermen at Sunset

Saw a similar thread on the 'People'-board, which reminded me of this photo. This is me and my father fishing, the photo is taken by my wife. I removed a lens flare in post processing, but otherwise this is straight out of camera (obviously resized and sharpened). Comments and especially critique are welcome, especially I'd like to know if the center-composition is bad.

Cropping-wise I'd suggest something along these lines. If you can avoid placing your main subject dead centre it's generally advised to do so. There are always exceptions to the rule.

I'd say the rule applies in this case.
Your exposure looks good and it's a nice subject. The ducks are an added plus, but I think it would work just as well had they not been there.
