Instant printing from a D30 or D60 [Archive] - Canon Digital Photography Forums

Hi
I have a Canon D30 and Im wondering if its possible to connect directly to a printer so as to produce instant prints. Id appreciate any advice on preferred printers.

Hi Mike,

I have an Epson Photo 895 that has an itegrated card reader. With this printer I can just take the CF card from the camera, insert it into the printer using a PCMCIA adaptor and print borderless photo's and proofs. It only works with JPEGs though, it dosn't understand Canon RAW.

There are some other printers that can also do this. I believe that HP have one. With some other printers, you can plug a card reader in to them to do the same job.
