C&C are more than welcome i am trying to get better so please advise.

A reasonable attempt at selective colouring, just a little bleeding above the blue sweet nearest the camera. I feel my eyes are drawn to the pink sweet at the top, but it is not clearly defined - I think it's heading out of the field of focus and could be better placed.

If you'd not coloured the pink one, maybe a more clearly captured sweet at the front would have become the point to which my eyes are drawn.
