Pictures of the group Ramen & Rice. They're musicians that play Game and Anime music. they're very awesome and I got a chance to take some pictures of them.

It was kind of hard since I didn't want to use flash. but the lighting was only coming through some windows on their left side. So I was trying to use that lighting to make it look interesting. and of course I had a bit of noise issues on some of them (even with adjusting them in PS) but I had a lot of fun :D

Nice shots. Don't be afraid to crank the ISO up, there's a bit of camera shake/OOF and you could have remedied that camera shake with a higher ISO.

I saw that one of the shots was using ISO100, another ISO400. Not sure if you played with it any more after that but 800 should be no problem.

Nice shots, though :)

Was using different lenses for them. the ISO 100 shots are from my 100mm F/2.8. the others are from lenses in the F/4 range

I'd use higher ISO, no flash.
Also: Mind your focus: #3 and the last one are the only ones that are sharp.

#2 is so OoF I'd bin it.

#3 is a nice shot. I'd crop a bit though, to get rid of the line on the right...

#3 is my choice from this set... It has motion, great mood and composition... The line on the right does distract from otherwise a strong shot.

Sometime, less is more... I'd omit the OOF captures from the set... Thanks for sharing.

dof is a little low maybe you can increase iso to freeze motion

Definitely need to crank up the shutter speed.
