The shutter was 1/60, which gave it enough blurr to look like water, but not too much. Aperture f/3.2

Maybe a neutral density filter would help give it more of an ethereal quality.

I agree.....Try some more angles too, I think the folliage is a tad bit distracting. Go hit up that spot at like 5am and wait for the perfect picture. I sound like a @$$ i know.....its still a nice shot.

But the waterfall itself is beautiful :)

a couple of things.. maybe you need more water for your waterfalls( i'm joking).
its too soft, i think it could stand to be a little sharper. the foliage to the right its too distracting,
perhaps you can try again at a different angle? hopefully you weren't standing by the edge of a platform when you were taking the shot.

Here's my one and only water shooting tip.

I once shot a fountain in front of some buildings. It looked kind of flat and uninteresting. So just as an experiment, I shot it again - slightly under exposed. Because the light was on the water, it made the fountain leap out from the buildings in the background.

Er, that's my tip.
