Was thinking about shooting at a large scale water balloon fight 2 weeks from now. Obviously I want my camera to be protected so either I will make a DIY waterproof casing with ziplock/filter/duck tape or maybe buy something from the store. So my questions are:

1) If I were to buy a relatively inexpensive casing from the store what do you suggest I buy? I was planning to shoot this mainly with my 70-200L but am debating about shooting with the 24-70L. I like using my flash as a fill but I gather I can just put that in a ziplock along with a PW.

2) My lens filter/protective cover (from casing) will definitely come in contact with water. How would you suggest cleaning the lens in between shots to avoid water spots?

Optech Rainsleeve (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/469774-REG/Op_Tech_USA_9001132__8_RainSleeve_for_Camera.html) . At 7 bucks for two, you can't go wrong.
As for the filter, I personally bought a one just for use when it is raining, so I wouldn't have to worry about scratching the lens when I wipe off water.
