Yes, they are. This was just a super quick shot.. all a spur of the moment lol.

Nice car!
I think the shadows are a bit dark. That's it though...

Then this is a perfect example of what people call a 'distracting background'!
(I focused on the car for less than half a second before becoming intrigued with the background).
Coming back to the car, I agree with Swift1; the shadows are too dark.

Great car and photo, however, the background is very distracting and the effect on the driving lights is unrealistic and a tad corny. Please dont take offense, just being honest.

the background is very distracting and the effect on the driving lights is unrealistic and a tad corny. I agree with the first part of that statement. There's no reason th shoot that at f/32. Not only is your lens sharper 2-3 stops up from wide open & loosing sharpness to diffraction at f/32, but you've made the distracting background even more distracting than it has to be.
As the the second part, I like the lights on & f/5.6 would cut down on the super sharp rays which take a lot of attention away from the car.
Keep in mind that it's not necessary to sharpen everything in an image, or to sharpen everything the same amount? Sometimes selecting just the most important thing is the way to go.
I like the Polygonal Lasso Tool for that, feathered about 20px & used after resizing for the web.
Finally, try to leave more room at the front for it to "move into": MOVE YOUR
FEET! A <rant> of sorts. (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=536323)

bg is way too busy, and that tree growing out of the front left fender is distracting.

and that tree growing out of the front left fender is distracting. In this case, I can ignore that tree as it sort of blends in with the others. Good point when it comes to individual trees or light posts, though.
