is it possible to capture the sunset in the background without making the subject to be underexposed without a flash? i dont have any flash mount (only the built in on my 300d) so i cant do a fill flash.

I think you will get fill flash if you set it for Av or Tv, using the built-in flash.

anytime i even try flash, everything gets washed out and overexposed
even when in Av or Tv

At what distance to the foreground? With what ISO?

Do you have anything strange set in exposure compensation or flash exposure compensation?

well i hardly take pics with flash... i try to avoid it so i cant remember the settings..

can u guys how me sample pics done with the built in flash that didnt come out bad?

whats your reccomended settings when using the built in flash?
