Are you skilled enough to do a Google search?

I just picked up a 1gig from compgeeks.com for 71$ . I have seen some CF 1gig cards for 66$ on up, but I have used compgeeks in the past and have had great service from them. One place you might want to try looking is http://www.pricewatch.com . The site is for listing the current prices on just about anything dealing with computers with links to various vendors. A great place to start.

Sometimes you can get great deals by checking TechBargains at www.techbargains.com (http://www.techbargains.com), especially if you don't mind using rebates. For example there was a 1GB CF card available for $49 on Jan. 31 (after $30 rebate).

I've had good luck here . . . http://www.mydigitaldiscount.com/ Amazon has been higher on most things I have checked lately. B&H does better on lens and such.

Be carefull not fall for the really cheap 1G cards. There often not the high speed cards. The High speed cards were going for close to $100 last I checked, but it's been a while so they may be cheaper now. Use Google you can usually get a good spectrum of what is out there.

Get my Lexar 80x WA 1GB CFs for about £70 in the UK from picstop. That equates to $130 which is pretty cheap for for the UK.
