I am regualr Disneyland visitor, I go more than I should, and I like to take photos of the park, the people there and the occasional character. This photo was taken during a performance of Fantasmic! which if you have not seen it, is a must see if you vist Anaheim. I really enjoy talking photos of live action theater - theater is my chosen profession. This was caught during the show from my vantage point in the crowd. If you didn't know this is a shot of Steamboad Willie on the bridge of the Mark Twain. I took this using a 10D and 24-70L. Shot at ISO 800 which in the bright spots gives a bit too much grain. Comments are always welcome.

Thanks for looking...

Great shot!

Great show!! We had VIP passes so we got to go behind the main street buildings and get in early. Now I am going to look at pics.

Cool shot. Next time they have Fantasmic running when I'm there I'll have my gear with me for a few shots. That's about the only thing there I don't have pictures of yet. By the way, I visit way more often that I probably should, too. I've had a premium pass for a few years now. Maybe I've seen you there. :D

Who knows. I am going to be there on Sat with my big pack. I wonder if they will let me in with a tripod and my lowepro backpack? I go twice a month... It is a guilty pleasure...

Oops. This was MGM in DW not DL. Is it the same show?

I usually go midweek, two or three times a month.

And no, they won't let you in with a tripod. I tried that last time. The backpack should be ok, but they didn't like my tripod. I just got a monopod. Next time I'll see if they like that any better.
