I am not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for or not but I hope it is. http://www.design215.com/toolbox/megapixels.php

It has a Mega pixels vs. Maximum Print Size Chart, and some other info.

I don't think it completely answers your question(?)

The easiest way to determine print size is to simply devide the pixel size by the Dots-Per-Inch that your will be printing at.

So.... lets say you have cropped an image to a pixel size of 2400 x 1800 (for instance) and you will be printing at 300dpi (most labs print at this setting), then the max print sixe you will get is 8" x 6". (2400 divided by 300, etc)

If, on the other hand, you will be printing at 150dpi (generally acceptable on a home printer) then your possible print size increases to 16" x 12".

Hope that helps
