Exif-JPEG format converter????

Hi

I've got the A40 powershot and the images are in exif-JPEG format. I want to submit some of them to a website that doesnt accept exifed images so does anyone know of a program that converts exif_JPEGs to a normal JPEG format?

Well if you open it and save it in most image-editing programs, the exif data will be lost...
