copyright release form

Does anyone know where i can get a copyright release form? all i can find is model release. I need to release a few pics I took to a company for a brochure.

Do you want to release copyright (sell it to them), or do you want to give "use" rights and retain the copyright yourself. Most people will advise you to hold on to your copyright if at all possible, and just sell the right to use the images under the conditions specified in the contract. Then you can use any appropriate form of contract, spelling out where the images can be used, how often, for what audience, etc.

Your never in a corner. What does the client want to use the photo for? Is it for a onetime use or an ad campaign?

You give them the rights they need to perform their task, not the copyright.
