I take it you swaped it at a pawn shop then?

No, I put an ad on craigslist that would trade the ring for that lens, and got a call 3 hours later. The guy's GF was real happy, and he kind of had a little tear in his eye. She though he was sweet. But we all know the tear was from looking at the lens leaving with me. :p
