Thanks for the comments: I guess this illustrates the need for checking your snow load calculations. :lol: :lol: Jim; not on Rte 44, but in Bloomfield, West Dudley Town Rd. Plenty of vacancies if you're interested. :lol: :lol:

I guess you'd call it town and country. It's a suburb of the City of Hartford.
