Sorry, I don't know what the "TF" is.

Only thing that came to mind was "Tooth Fairy," and no, that scene was done with a few decades ago. (Nowadays I'm more likely to be visited by the Root Canal Fairy )

Edit: wait a minute. Something just came to mind. Is that the Title Fairy? If so, yes... but it was quite some time ago.

By the way, Frank, I saw your motorsports, car show link. A question if you know. I recently shot a classic car show. Has Ford relented on it's trademark / calendar, etc. publication restrictions or are they still striving to be complete and total public relations morons?

Was that the one where I tried to contact their legal department & couldn't get a phone #? Or was that GM?
I don't really know, so I'll stick to Mopars & GM if I ever do a calendar. ;)

No, I remember a thread here on POTN a year or two back where some folks were shooting classic, muscle, etc. Fords at car shows and wanted to create a calendar (raise funds for car club, not commercial). Ford found out and stopped them, claiming their car designs were trademarked. Apparently, this restriction even included shots with the owners of their own Fords.

It had appeared the lunatics in the legal department (the ones without a lick of public relations skills) had run amuck. I never heard the final outcome - whether Ford backpeddled or stayed with their "Hey, you love our cars, show them and promote them for us, but don't take pictures of them or we'll sue you" philosophy.

A really confused article. Which is probably why "senior law students" are not permitted to render legal advice in the US.
