'64 Plymouth Barracuda 318

Don's '64 Plymouth Barracuda has a 318cid motor with a 340 cam & other internal goodies + a 650cfm carb & puts out 275 bhp.

He's had it since 1998 & drives it between 1,000-2,000 miles a year.

Great shots of a timeless little car. Many people don't like the "big window" but I always thought they were cool. My favorite year was probably '68. I also liked the 70-71 "looks" the but huge doors and spot-light lighted dash was a downer.

Not my kind of plymouth I like, but it is so nice to see those oldies not in the crusher. Very nice photos by the way.

I had a '65 & was shooting a '70 in the studio when I decided I'd better order my '69 383 "S" while I still could. It made a great 141mph tow car with a lot of room for spares. ;) it is so nice to see those oldies not in the crusher. I agree. Luckily, the guy I sold my '69 to was going to rebuild it. Wish I'd kept it as I haven't seen one like it since.

at the time you probably needed the money and didn't see too far ahead Gas prices were up, & it had rusted out from under me, so I didn't ask much for it. I should have stored it at my Mothers. (in red) Mine was what I call, "Cop-Catcher RED!" :D Now I have a nice anonymous black one.

What is with the white to black gradient in the first pic? Among other reasons, I upgraded to color managed Firefox 3 & I wanted a reference with other browsers.
