A few from a wedding last weekend. The church was lit pretty crazy. A mix of daylight through the windows, incandescent from behind the alter, and some fluorescent overhead. The hall was great though, 12 foot white ceiling. Great couple they had a lot of fun.

Cheers,
Josh

wow I would say you handled the lighting very nicely.
These are great captures with good emotion. I love the one of them dancing.
White balance is spot on.

They look like 24-70 shots. Good work.

Well most of the time I have the 28-70 2.8 on. Great lens, i love the colour and saturation on it. I rent a 70-200 sometimes depending on the situation. But find the 28-70 on 90% of the time.

Cheers,
Josh

Good work with the lighting... I just shot a wedding where the church lighting conditions were similar to yours... brutal. I really like the first photo... the groom's looking like "what is with those bubbles?!"

Great lighting on the dancing shots... care to share how you lit them? Thanks!

Well I was lucky with the halls ceiling being so low. It was my 580 with fill card bounced off the ceiling. Depending on the situation FEC was at +1 1/3 to +2. +2 if I was metering off of the dress and +1 1/3 if off anything else. Where ever I could I would bring in as much ambient as possible. I got away with 640 ISO most of the night.

Cheers,
Josh

cool... I'll have to be sure to try out my 28-75mm 2.8 whenever I shoot weddings.
