I want to use the HDR program for a panorama I just took. I took 3 sets of 3 photos: 1 under exposed, 1 over and 1 correctly exposed on 3 different photos to be stitched together. My question is should I stitch together first and then process in Photomatix, or process the 3 different sets and then stitch together in another program? Anybody try this? One way better over the other?

Photomatix automatically aligns and blends the images together so no need to go into photoshop until after photomatix if you want to do further editing.

I would always do the HDR process first in photomatix (same settings for the three different shots) and then join them up in PS.

just make sure you use the same settings when you tonemap the images.

You can also try to use a panoramic tool that has full HDR workflow, such as Hugin, PTGui, etc.
