i wonder why the corner is so dark.. didnt figure out why that happened... maybe its because of the lens? dunno... any suggestions?

I was having the same problem. I think that's the shadow of the lens from the built in flash. I can't think of how to fix that with an A85. I fixed my problem by using my external flash.

I think Naytwan is correct. I get the same problem with my G3 using flash and macro - the lens just gets in the way.
