Same girl different pose. Her eyes follow you no matter what angle you look at her from.

What a haunting image! Love her expression and the towel's texture.
I will nitpick a little bit: the top right background is a bit too bright (relative to her face) and there is a small light-gray object at the bottom right corner that could be easily cloned away.
I'm curious how it would look if you were not quite so close and if your subject were slightly off center... but it is a very lovely photo, in my opinion.

Hi
I agree with Mitch about the top right background being too bright.
Also the horizontal break in the background as in the first photo is out of place. This could easily be remedied particularly as you are working in a studio.
Backgrounds (R) can wreck many a good image.
I feel too that the lighting is not as good as in the first portrait.
Note the shadows under the inner part of the eyebrows.
They give the impression that the eyebrows are stepped. Quite thick toward the nose, then a step, and almost disappearing toward the outer edges where there is no shadow and the light is "burning" them out.
The subject's eyes looking straight into the camera lens will always appear to follow the viewer.
A little more attention to details and you should come up with some wonderful portraits.
Kind regards
