Wedding contract template?

hmm, i just read a whole bunch of threads here including the FAQ and the Engagement Sessions thread and can't seem to find anything on help with drawing up a contract for a wedding?

forgive my noobness, but just as there is a model release form involved with glamour photography i am thinking there must be something similar for a wedding?

anyone have a template i could modify to suit my own needs?

If you contact the AIPP http://www.aipp.com.au they have a standard contracts for wedding, commercial, model release etc etc
